Newbie with a 95 XR250, Need Dual Sport Tires

I just picked up a very clean 1995 XR250R for cheap that needs tires bad!

I want to use this bike for dual sport, about 3/4 pavement 1/4 off road, sand, gravel, soft dirt and some non-clay type mud.

The manual calls for a 80/100-21 51M front, and a 110/100-18 64M rear.

There is a Bridgestone 110/100-18 on the rear now that RUBS the muffler (right side) and has CHEWED a hole in the plastic chain guard (left side) and RUBS the plastic mud flap (center) at the swing arm.

The sidewalls of the tire is where it make contact.

What gives?

I have searched and found several tire recommendations, but I can never seem to find my size for sale.

Can someone point me to a recommended tire Brand and Model that fits and who has it?

Thanks !

the rubbing could be from the wrong chain length. The muffler sometimes has to be shimmed out a ways to get it work right

Guy's,  I have an 1997 Honda XR400R and I need to do the front forks.  I'm a big guy 6'4" 375lbs.  So far I haven't been able to find a setup for a big guy. Any suggestions besides losing a lot of weight. :-)

Went riding on Christmas Eve  everything was working fine went through some mud and slipped dropped my bike tried to kick start it and the kick start went limp pushed it back up got compression again  kicked it over a bunch of times started to run again  rode it for the rest of the ride with no problems then on the way back on the road I gave it fill throttle  and it died hasn't started  since and now has little compression. Replaced the spark plug and changed the oil and filter and adjusted the valves but still very little Compression and won't start.
      Any ideas??  Would greatly appreciate

I have a 1986 xr250r, I'm interested in converting the rear drum brake wheel assembly to a rear disc brake system. Has anyone done this, and can you tell me what application parts will get the job done. thanks
