While I got the carb off, what should I do?

I took the carb off my 250r to just do some simple beer maintenance with a 12 pack when it's too sloppy and cold to ride. I just clean out the float valve hole and main jet with a really thin strand of speaker wire.

I'm at the end of my knowledge of what I can do with it while I have it out on my workbench. I dont want to do any mods, but I want to take advantage of this opportunity while it's out and I dont want to get really techinical.

If life has taught me anything, it's that I'm an apt mechanic, but I dont know everything. That and that I'm a terrific lover.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance guys.

Mike

What year is the bike (37 mm or 40 mm carb)?

Sorry, it's a 2005 Crf250r. Where can I find the carb size? Any indications on it itself?

THank you

Mike

well if its a 2005, then it probably has a 37mm carb. they started using 40mm in 2006.

while its off do the ap mod to it. look for it in the crf450r stickys.

ya its a 37 mm
