oem kayaba fork parts

anybody know where i can find some kyb fork parts...48mm twin chamber

im looking for

-1 pushrod (for rebound adjuster)

-1 damper rod (by itself, minus the rebound piston/stack)

-1 locknut (tightens agaisnt base bolt)

ive looked and searched but all i can find is wear parts like seals and bushings.

this exploded view everyone uses doesn't show all the parts
