I was thinking about taking my son down their. Is it worth the 4hr drive from Castle Rock, CO?

I was there about a year ago and it was comming along nicely. Paddle tires weren't nessesary then, some of the bigger dunes are cleared off but most of it is sand trails. Lots of hills that will make really nice dunes in ten years or so. I believe it would be worth a weekend trip for you if you haven't tried it out yet, watch out for sand rails!
