wheel bearing removing trouble

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips to removing a rear wheel bearing without using an actual bearing remover

use a puch to drive the bearing out from the other side, flip, repeat. you ruin the bearings using the method FYI

a long punch and a medium sized hammer. work it from side to side and it should come right out. to ease installation put the new bearing in the freezer for a few hours. that will shrink it in size a little and aid in going back in.

thanks guys!
