GP photo thread

Recommended Posts

all this talk about GP got me day dreaming of summer, and riding those high mountain trails.. so thought I'd start a photo thread.. see if we can consolidate some of the best of the years (or any years) ride photos in one place

so post em up.

here's a few to kick it off (all repeats, but I don't get tired of looking at em)

It's hard to pick a favorite day from a Summer of G.P. But these are from an early trip this year. Up Wright Meadow, West on Boundary and back down the forgotten top half of W.M.fatboyepic08011.jpgfatboyepic08033.jpgfatboyepic08042.jpgfatboyepic08045.jpg

GP does have a soft spot in my heart!

Me approaching "superman" on Langille:

My bike heading into the Dark Divide:

(gotta have a couple at Jumbo ...):

Let's not forget the wildlife ... in this case, little white specks (mtn goats):

And to close, Rick heading into late day light north on Juniper ...

Let's make sure we keep this area open for future generations of riders to enjoy ...

wow. I knew this thread would be good.. but had no idea.. those shots of Wobbly Lake reminded me of a ride in August when it was in the mid nineties; even up on Hamilton Butte. We rode down from Hamilton Butte and jumped in the lake..

man that felt good
