Ive rounded off a lock screw on my chain:foul: any tips on removing it?

Left side, 30 mm Axel bolt loosens fine

Left side lock nut looses fine

Left side Adjust nut fine

Right side Lock Nut pain in the ASS!

When u get it unstuck besure to grease it really well with wheel bearing grease to prevent any other seizing.

you can also use Anti Seize- that is something dont mention in any manual but should be done when you grease the bearings before you ride it, which they dont mention in the manual either

If it is the lock nut you rounded off using a 12 mm open-end wrench, which I have done before, here's how I removed the nut. I removed the rear wheel and axle blocks so that I could use a deep 12mm socket as it will slip over the 10 mm hex head adjustment bolt. This worked for me as I had only rounded a couple of the corners on the 12 mm lock nut and the socket was able to engage the remaining corners on the nut. Hope this helps...

Loosening 30mm Axel bolt

Loosen Left Lock nut

Loosen Left Adjustment,

Now i just unscrewed the right hand adjustment screw and realigned and tightened up.
