PW 50 Lower Steering Race

Our PW 50's lower steering race no longer fits tight in the frame. I set it in JB weld and that worked for awhile, but it has broken down and is loose again. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

tear the front down, If you have a (tig) welding set up put 4 half inch tacs touch up paint and put back together.
