recovering of Corbin seats for free??

has anyone heard of Corbin's policy of a seat owner returning the seat to have it recovered in a different material?? i could have sworn i read that on some forum. my leather covered corbin is just too damn slippery and i want it recovered in Gripper Vinyl. it appears Corbin is on vacation until january 12 th.

I have the corbin also, in the gripper material, and I believe the policy is not that they will do it for free....but they will not charge you 42 billion dollars like the seat originally cost, they charge you 41.99 billion to recover the seat. Give some one else chime in please. You understand that my figure is a joke, but they do charge to recover, only less than the original cost.

Hombre is correct. They only guarentee the foam, not the cover.

seamore, how do you know that to be true?????? i know they dont mention it on their website but their site stinks, as i have told them. man, no Gripper. what is the crummy world coming to? well screw it, i'll sand my leather seat then.
