Sprained Wrist

So I cased a triple back in November, ever since, my left wrist has just been killin me constantly. I went to the emergency room right after and had x rays done, but nothing was found as far as broken bones. Any time I try to bend it forward or back it feels like the muscles are straining, and even now i seem to have very little strength in that wrist. Any ideas?

Could very well be ligament damage. I ruptured a ligament back in July - schapolunate. I would see a wrist ortho to get correct diagnosis.

a fracture of the scafoid until proven otherwise.

The scaphoid was my first thought, because i know they are sometimes hard to detect on x ray, but if it were, would i be having the pain on the pinky finger side of my wrist?
