clutch cover gasket replacement on 2006 ktm 250 xc

Recommended Posts

first ride today and noticed oil leaking from gasket not the clutch gasket but gasket next to it directly behind the clutch gasket. I removed all the screws and the clutch cover, but it seems like I have to take remove alot more to get the crank case apart to remove the gasket. Do I have to take cylinder head off etc to replace the gasket?

the gasket I replaced was the engine case fig 26 54830024000 clutch cover gasket on my 250 xc 2006. I finally figured it out and removed and replaced new gasket. If this is the one you are talking about let me know and I will help you
