Thats tire changing, I need to take off the whole wheel

dude

loosen the bolt oon the side wile holding the other side.

then pull the axel out

put your new rim on ur forks

put that axel back in but grease it up cause if you dont know how to take them off there probably dry like no other.

do the same to the rear just put the rotars on the right side

also when u put the chain on...and adjust for slack....make sure the adjuster exactly the same for both sides, as i assume that the s-moto sprocket will be smaller
