On a 06 crf250r. Should I have the compression set higher with more or less rebound? Thanks:ride:

ehhh. depends on riding style and speed. normally in the whoops you will want to slow your rebound down and speed or slow your compression down. again its kinda depending on your ability. and how your suspension is set up

so is it slow down the compression or speed it up? is slowing down the rebound(going in) the same as adding rebound? as in adding rebound damping?! A lot of people say it I think like adding is the same as going in. I am just looking for some clarification. So in the whoops wouldn't you want a little less rebound damping(out) and a little more compression damping(in) to keep the legs up?
