WR250 suspension rebuild

Recommended Posts

I have an'06 WR250 in need of shock linkage and swing arm bearing replacement, my dealer says the All Balls kits don't fit properly. I've used them with an RM250 no problems but has anyone had experience with the Husky?

Your Dealer is wrong, I don't have the part number but I think you can go to the AB web site and pull it for him.

I belive the replacement is a spherical bearing instead of a needle bearing in the shock.

Is that the old syle bearing? I wonder if it works on a 06? The reason I ask is because I think the older ones had a circlip holding the shock bearing in. I heard it was a pain to remove so I was pleased when I discovered my 06 did not use a circlip. I used a bearing I got from Motosportz. All the bearings I got there were good quality, either German or Japanese.
