1989 DS80 plastics help!!!!!

Right now I am working on a 1989 Suzuki DS80 rebuild. Will the plastics from a rm80 fit the ds80?

The RM shares very few parts with that bike of yours. I beleive the frame is different; only a couple of years RM (78-80?) used some engine parts common to the DS. You have a large available selection of years of DS body parts that will fit. The DS was not changed from about 1980-2000. Check this dealer out: http://www.partswarehouse.com/ We are just finishing a 1986 DS80, these guys were very helpful and decent pricing as well! Look carefully at the different years, seems like many of the year/model plastics fit. We used 2000 side number plates on the '86, perfect fit, and newer "look".

81 and up is what you need to look for,my daughter had a 1980 and it was realy hard to find the plastic for it,for 81 and newer I could find lots of plastic.

You might want to check the JR80 Its closer to a DS than a RM
