piston help

i have been currently running a pro x piston in my 1997 honda cr80 and after it blew up and a shattered piston i have a fractional oversize piston of .0004 in. (four-ten-thousandths inch) intended for slightly worn cylinders which the bore of this is 46.96mm. the part i dont get is that i want to run the wiseco pro lite (dual ring) piston which would be better for racing. the bore on that is 47mm thus mathching up with the bore in my manual:banghead: . how does this make sense?:p
