Need recommendations for realve

I have a 1998 TM300e, and am looking for some advise. How much is a reasonable price for a revalve? I live in san jose and have contacted aftershocks based off of the positive feedback on this site and a bike my friend recently bought that was done there. I am looking for a more plush ride, but I was quoted approx 700$ for labor, plus any parts, is this the going rate? Does anyone else know who has experience with paioli forks? any advise is appreciated.?
