Old Timer fitness

Do any of you health and fitness guru's have any advice for my 74 yr old mom? She has pneumonia 3 to 4 times a years, with bouts of bronchitis between the pneumonia. The only vitamin supplements she is taking are geared more towards achy joints. Says she "guesses" that she should be taking some Vitamin C... But hasn't been.

As far as excersize, the only thing she talks about, is being able to walk for 8 minutes on her 'walkfit' (treadmill), before she has to stop to rest.

I'd like to keep her around for a while... Gimme some advice on what I can harp on her to start doing and taking... She ordered me around years ago, now the tables are turned. :)
