Yamaha XT350 valve seat replacement

Recommended Posts

91 Yamaha XT350 with recent piston/bore/rings started to run poorly. Compression checked low. Removed/disassembled head and found one valve seat is loose. Valve seat has fallen but fortunately dis very little damage to head or valve. Any recommendations on best shop to fix head for reasonable cost? Should I replace all valve seats while head is apart? Is this a common problem with this model?

Thanks.
