dumb question

what bike is it? most likely one is to let out air and another for rebound adjustment

they are just like the tube valves on your wheels, you use them to add or release air..

but forks use very low PSI.. anywhere from 0-14psi, all depends on what they are on.. for your xr i'm GUESSING 6-7 psi would be MAX

Let all your air out, ride your bike and if its to soft add 1 PSI until its just firm enough.. don't go to much PSI though, i may blow fork seals....

use a small hand pump, with a low PSI gauge on it.. theres a few out there for sale, progressive suspension has some and i use a left over fox shox pump from my evol air shocks..

Thanks, right now they are way too soft, I have not had a chance to find the manuel on this bike and this dirt riding is new to me.
