Quick Question

Recommended Posts

I heard its recommended to bleed your forks often. Why is this? I have a 08 YZ250f.

air pressure builds up in your forks, can blow seals and affect performance. Air has different qualities as it heats and cools, makes for a variable. Variables are bad :)

I bleed mine before every ride, if I remember...

Hope that helps

Bleed before you hit the track.

I place my bike on a stand with the front wheel elevated off the ground and then loosen the bleed screws at the top of the fork. Tighten the screws up and ride, ride, ride.
