Dual Horns on the R²

Yep! I finally found the pics of the dual horn mod for my R² and uploaded them. So without further delay I give you the scoop on the poop.?

Fits right under the antifreeze rez.

More room since ripping out the AIS.

Spliced into existing wiring with shrink connectors and shrink tube.

Fits nicely behind the plastics.

Can't see them but holy crap you sure can hear them!!

I used a hi and low horn setup out of a Western Star Truck. If I could have got away with the small set of air horns I have, I would have thrown them on but there's no room.? IIRC, FIAMM makes them as well.

Why not mount a Stebel air horn?

I have the Stebel on both of my BMWs and they are fantastic but it might be a challenge to fit on the WR.

When I changed to bigger horns for my car last time, the battery got sucked fast... ?

Nope, no power drain on mine. I can't get that air horn here in Canada for some reason, otherwise I would have thrown that in. These were free anyway. ?
