CRF 250 getting too hot

I have a crf 250 2005 when I start the bike after 1 minute start getting too hot, the pipe turns red because is too hot. Maybe someone knows what it could be the problem?

It's normal for these 4 stroke headers to glow red when hot.

but really gets hot and start coming lights from the exhaust

That does not sound right to me.

Have you messed with the intake/exhaust/jetting recently.

It may be running too lean.

Install a larger main jet

That makes sence. I was worry that I broke somenthing

You said it's oveheating after one minute. Does that mean after one minute of idling and/or short throttle bursts? If so, your problem has absolutely nothing to do with your main jet. The main isn't even in the picture until about 3/4 throttle.

yea airflow needs to be hitting the radiators to keep them cool. but only for a minute you should be fine? i let mine warm up for about 2-3 mins idleing sitting still.. check all fluid levels oil and coolant

what kind of fuel are you using? Be specific.

or maybe is because I didn't use the bike for a while?

does regular gas mean unleaded 87 Octane w/ 10% ethanol?

I need to know octane and ethanol %.

it is 10% ethanol. Is that bad

Water pump working? Radiators/coolant hot?

yes, the water pump is working but the radiators got kind of hot. The coolant stayed at the same level

Our gas is 10% MTBE. Put text book stock jetting back in and see. My pipe has never glowed.
