fork alignment causing leaking seal ??

I had an encounter with pine trees on a down hill section and ended up in a heap with a broken wrist to prove it back in nov last year, anyway, im back into it again but ive had a relatively new fork seal, leak on me for the third time since. each time ive cleaned it using film negative, but by the second outing it leaks again. also, when i bleed the air from the forks the same fork in question always has more pressure to release. i'm going to loosen every thing up to realign and i suspect that i should probably loosen the stearing stem bolt also. has anyone goy any advice befor i rip into it?????

The leak is not caused by the mis-alignment.

Either you have a worn or damaged tube/bushing, bad seal or bad luck.
