***Bike Porn*** How about a few erotic pics from American Factory Honda???

That shock is hardcore!

Apparently the spring is some sort of unobtainium clear polymer!

Factory Honda does win the award for the world's longest header pipe!

Looking forward to seeing Ben back out there racing soon.

Is that a safety wire i see on the CS sprocket?

Yup, the factory mechanics drill the heads of all of the important nuts and bolts and safety wire them to make sure they can't come loose. Steering head huts, axle nuts, countershaft sprocket nuts, oil drain plugs, and brake line banjo joints are among some of the things that get safety wires.

so fresh and so clean clean.

awesome pics, awesome

makes you wonder if they even ride them

I'm sure they are very well cleaned after every ride. I also read somewhere that they get new platics and graphics every event.

Promed - great pics thankyou

About the header - is anyone making aftermarket headers for the 09 bike that place header and exhaust in the more conventional location like the 02-08 model?

I ride offroad only and while I love the look of the 09 that header is begging for a smashing it appears.

Yeah man, no problem.

Doesn't look like to me that traditional routing is even possible with the location of the redesigned engine. The header could routed much more tightly around the frame, but I assume that would have a negative effect on the power output.

Check out this little tab above the rear brake on Austin Stroupe's PC Kawi. Looks like it may keep him from accidently stepping on the brake. Whatcha think?

It keeps the brake from pulling up and damaging the piston in the master cylinder. It happened to one of the PC riders a couple years ago and since then they have been running the stop. Team Yamaha and a couple others have also used a similar brake stop.

How many people here are re-routing their breather hoses like the factory's do?

I am thinking about changing mine.

I dont understand what the point of the breather running to the airbox is.

Mine is pulled out of air box just plugged line into air box and ran new line down under bike.?
