'04 CRF50 Service Manual Information

Recommended Posts

Just picked up a '04 Honda CRF50F a few weeks ago and want to give it a "fresh" start with clean oil, new spark plug, new air filter, good cleaning, etc. However, this is the first bike I have owned that I do not have access to the OEM Service Manual. I have looked online, but would rather not pay $40 at this point.

Does anyone has access to the OEM Honda Service Manual so I can get some information from it?

At this point I am looking for:

1. Oil drain bolt torque

2. Spark plug torque

Also, if anyone has either an a PDF or physical copy of the manual, please PM me. Thanks.

I just want to make sure I don't over-torque them.

In the past I have used the "snug" method, but really prefer actual numbers since I have torque wrenches at my disposal. Not to mention, stripping the head out would not be fun.

Oh ok

Sparker:12 N•M

Oilplug:25 N•M

And for the manual just search crf50 in Google Books.

What is that in ft/lbs?
