simply great service

just had some parts powdercoated. here's an e-mail from moto-x-coatings:

"We used Priority Mail to get them back to you asap so you can get to riding. If we would have sent them regular mail it would have taken 6 days. It was $8 more, but we know what its like to have our bikes in pieces on the garage floor and not be able to ride. I hope you enjoy your machines new look. If we can be of any further assistance to you or your riding buddies, just let me know. And no, I don't want the difference in the return postage price."


that's what i call great customer service!

True,Seems like motorcycle shops just don't get customer service.:)
