2004 kx125 forks question

Ok i have a 2004 Kawasaki kx125 and i just noticed that the right fork seems to be up higher than the left fork... and im not sure how it happened or how to fix it... any help would be appreciated, thanks. :):banghead::foul::p:busted::crazy::banghead::lol:

same length they show through the upper tripple clamp?

like if im looking at the bike from behind the bars i can see that the right fork is up more in the upper triple clamp. its not much but its noticable. i just dont understand how its possible for one of them to move up... i mean its bolted in three different spots. :):banghead:

on hard landings i have known them to move, remove the fork, clean out the clamp mating surfaces with solvent, and wipe the tubes as well, then refit and torque to the specified amount in the manual, however on the top bolts you can go a few lbft tighter as it wont do any damage.
