Compression + Rebound settings

I have a 2004 crf 250r without a manual! i need to know the stock compression and rebound settings for the fork and shock. New here,this is a awesome site, i plan to use the info on re-valving to do my suspension later on.:)

Well here is my suggestion if those who get a bike and do not have a manual.

Start with all your settings in the middle of the road. Most tunners set the internals, this way as it gives a broader range of tunning with the adjusters

thanks guys,i do have a manual on the way. been waiting 2 weeks for it, seems ebayer not sure if he mailed it yet !!! since i am relly sensative about my settings im not going to quess atm it. i need the stock settings to start from as i will not be very far from those with the settings i like. thanks again:ride:

Rebound 8

Compression 12

Shock:

Rebound 10

LS Compression 7

HS Compression 2
