How does my plug look to you....

I know I am suppose to grind off all but the insulator to get a true plug reading, but I do not have the proper wheel for the grinder. Anyway, give me your thoughts on the color..too lean..too rich..about right? Plug is dry w/no soot. Bike (05 YZ250) ran great, no issues.

Looks like mine. Looks very good, just a hair rich, but I would rather be just slightly rich than slightly lean.

Mine's darker than that, so I must be running 2 steps rich if yours looks rich.

I am leaving my YZ jetted a little rich just for safety's sake since we see such huge temperature swings here.
