Are all Yellow DRZs the same tone?

Recommended Posts

Another newbie question, I'm looking at some 2002 body parts but the pics don't look like the same light yellow as my 2000.

The yellow on the 2000 model is darker than 2001-present. I found that out

the hard way when I bought a used tank for my '01 that came off of a '00.

Look at the two yellow DRZs. The one in the front is a 2000 and the other is a 2002. You can kind of see the different colors, the 2000 is darker.

Oh no!!!!

Now we have to explain which tone of yellow it is that is the FASTEST DRZ.

The old yellow is the best looking for sure compared to the new yellow and there is no doubt if they brought it back on the new bikes they would instantly be not only faster but quicker and more nimble as well.

I like the old dark yellow better but the new light yellow is faster.

Because it's lighter.

So then using that logic, diamond plate would be the fastest!:usa:

Perhaps.

Or would black be lighter because it is the absense of color? Or is that white?

No yellow because it is just the reflection of the sun. So it lacks all color.
