She's Locked Solid

Well folks, long story short. My bike was oil starved and I heard it knocking. I did and oil change and got'r filled hoping that it'd last for a while. Well today she finally locked up solid.

I'm used to working on car motors, so here's my question. Does it usually work out that you can just replace the cooked crank bearing, or will I have to throw a whole new crank in as well? Thanks.

IF it has seized a rod, the crank can be rebuilt, but by the time you throw in the labor for the press work, you roughly equal the price of a complete crank.
