Big bore 269cc combo with cams?

I've decided to do a big bore for the 06 250f :thumbsup:has any one done one with cams?i'm looking for a known working combo,i've read stock cam work well but i want to maximize the combo seeing it's a larger bore and all,please all comments welcome also would like to here from pro engine builders.

Any one?Ron Hamp do you have a custom grid that you did for 09 build up?Would that cam grind work well?????

Athena big bore and stage 2 hot cams worked real good for me.

I just put that kit in my bike and it runs like shit... i have both cams and mild porting, i went from 178 to 188 and to 165 in jetting and it still runs like shit. I been talkin to motor builders and they dont know what i should do to... feel like it runs out of gas on the top end.

I am running hot cams stage 2. Main jet is a 160. Pilot is 45. I am running at sea level. I remember I had to go leaner on the main jet. Stock I was running a 175 main. Hope this helps.

i got stage 1 Hot cams.... and the big bore. what jets should i run?

Im not sure what jets you should run but in with my experience it was leaner than stock settings. I posted my jetting specs above, but for me it was trial and error. Good luck to you.
