Bikes with chain and sprockets on the right hand side?

Recommended Posts

nice bike...

why u say ' cured' ? ...

jus curious..

but sounds like any 'modern' right side driven motor would be coming from a husky? ..

I say cured because people are afraid of different. It works just fine on my bike. 2014 is end of road for Italian produced Husqvarna. I am not aware of anyone else considering such arrangement for a 2015+ model bike.

People say my bike's motor is not modern. They may be right but I don't care. They took the motor from Cagiva in 1989 or so and just continually updated it piece by piece except the overall layout lol. It still has a heavy crank piston and clutch which I prefer for off road riding. :blah:

Hey everyone my question is should I just buy a new engine for my 1986 it 200s or buy a different engine or buy a oem stator for 550 dollars. It also is a right side kick right drive.

None of the above.  You should be able to get your current stator rewound for less.

I bought a coil for the stator for my 84 it200 for $75. Regulator and rectifier.com . You will need to solder the wires though.
