how much oil do i put in my 2005 rm 250?

on the engine ther's a 750ml written on it, and on the FAQ thread it says 650ml?

If I let my oil drain for a while, until it all seems to be pretty much out I will put 750ml back in. If I do a quick change on it, 700ml. goes back in it.

remove the plug

fill til oil comes out

button every thing back up

I'd like to know that too! I have never seen one on mine LOL! 700-750 ml is straight from the manual, and is cast on your case as well. That's all you need to know Bud.

On my 03 RM 250, there is a small bolt on the engine case, just above the shifter, between the sprocket and magneto cover. This is the oil level check bolt.

The FAQ you are referring to is for an rm250 from 1989-1995 - not 2005.

huh? if you are referring to the bolt you take out to check level,mine is located on the right side in front of the clutch cover and is a 10mm bolt size instead of an 8mm like the rest of the bolts in the area.mine is a 00 rm250.
