Water leak

So a buddy of mine was riding my bike the other day and I noticed it dripping something from front right side of the frame, toward the bottom. Once i looked closer I noticed it was water. So I have been watching it and noticed that I cant see it leaking when the bike isnt running but when it is it looks like its dripping from the water pump and oil filter cover. What are a few common things that this could be from what I tried to describe.

See if the leak is coming from a hole beneath the water pump. If so, you need an impeller shaft seal, and possibly the shaft. Plan on the bearing, and both seals, at least.
