I know this will be quite hard to hotwire, and most likely you guys will not be able to tell just from this picture. But, it's worth a shot.

Doe anyone know what wires to cross?

This is all from the ignition.

There is no way to tell you without knowing what wire is ignition, constant power, and ground.
