Anything to keep an eye on while using this bike on a 25 mile commute? No major highway runs, mostly back roads.

The streets are friendlier than the dirt unless you are backin it in every corner & slammin the rev limiter. Have fun & enjoy it. My 520 did that & some of the sumoto antics for years after racing & trailing it for years before that. No sweat.

Ya might want to get a soft seat as these seats are bricks!

I went riding on the nj tp and was a 18mi commute down rt 3 1 way and that seat stinks.

Around town no problem, 25mi =

1 other thing is wheel balancing. You really feel it at 50+ mph.

If you don't need the rim locks remove them. A bit bumpy at 50+, good point.

Which tires are you running on your bikes? I'm having a tough time finding a long lasting dual sport tire.

My partner has a tall soft seat laying around in the basement.

You may want to look into a set an extra set of wheels and tires for commuting, maybe a cush drive hub.
