Fuel Screw

Is there a difference in function and reliability between an aluminum fuel screw like the Zip Ty and the brass screw like the one made by Merge? Thanks.

All of the Brass and Stainkless ones I have ever seen are absolutely idetntical to the stocker in shape and function.

Many alloy ones like the Zip Ty are not perfectly machined and can cause the pilot jet selection a pian, forcing a much smaller jet and more finicky screw adjustment. Lastly, the soft alloy tip, if it is tapered, can wedge and break off in the card.

I would stay away from any aluminum ones.
