08 Wr450 Stock exhaust on 06 model

I, like an idiot gutted my exhaust before I found out that quiet is the new loud.

A mate has a brand new 08 pipe off his bike lying in his garage.

Will this pipe bolt on to my 06?

Im pretty sure it will, I would just like to confirm though.

my dad has the 06 wr450
