We're Back!!!!!! Kennedy Meadows Round 2

Well as the name says we're back at Kennedy Meadows for our second time this year. We'll be riding two completely different loops from the ones we rode the last time we were here. Saturdays ride will consist of Mahogeny Creek-Rattlesnake Creek-Beach-Boone Meadow-Trout Creek-Sherman Pass-Cannell Meadow-Sirretta trail before doubling back to camp. The report will be a little bit different in that I didn't take any pictures until the half way point of this ride. In other words once we were heading back to camp. Joining in for the weekends fun will be Yours Truly (9lives), Jr (Turf Tamer), Eric (Orange Gold), Craig (Bellec), Paul (Paul_Arc) and new to the group Scott (HappytrailsInc).

Well you know how I said no pictures taken until the half way point of the ride?????? Well I lied since I managed to catch Eric on the ground as we're heading up the Beach Trail. And yes the only reason I got this picture is because his leg is pinned under the bike and he needed my help to get up.

Well we're heading back now and here comes Scott.

No Jr he's going to need those filters. Even though he can't hang with you he's definitely fast enough to be able to stay close enough to me to eat my dust all day.? Better bring your A game Craig me and my Husky feel like picking on a Suzuki.?

Walt, I would hate to pressure you off the trails when you hear that Suzuki barreling down at your poor under powered, zip tied together Husky. I'll give you about 5minutes for your arms to pump up and you pull over to let me pass:smirk:

Okay that's it bring it on calling my Husky underpowered and zip tied together. I get to pick the trail (because I'm quite a bit older than you) and we'll see how long it takes for you to pressure your way by. I hope you like dust because your going to be eating some for a lot longer than 5 minutes. :moon:

Very nice thank you for the teaser! Should be up there this Friday, I hope. Turned in a request for a bunch of riding days off but my boss has been sitting on them evidently. But a few more picts in your RR and I'll be sick anyway on Friday so I won't be missin this trip:thumbsup:

Oh man, that was probably my favorite leg of the whole trip when we were up there recently. Or maybe it was Rattlesnake. Or maybe it was Jackass/Albanita/Broder in the rain....hard to say...

That hole was there before anyone even came through there I think. Both sides of the log were about knee-deep with a good sized step on the exit when we arrived and saw no tracks going through it.

Well we're now on the Trout Creek Trail and somehow I don't think that's quite what I had in mind when I entered this section.

Well we've now moved on to the Boone Meadow Trail and apparently things still aren't going according to the plan. I'm standing here trying to catch my breath after just having crushed the family jewels.?

What the heck is going on here? That's on the ground three times plus a nut cracker all with in 1 1/2 miles????? That's not a very good crash per mile rating is it?
