With those forks you can't just pour in a certain amount. You have to fill them completely, bleed all the air out, fill them again and then set the oil height. A set of dial calipers, a large syringe, and a peice of tubing to fit on the syringe will work for setting the oil height.

Use the oil height.Spring out and fork collapsed.Like ForsheeMS said , use a syringe and measure from the top. When you hear suction in the syringe you are at the correct height.Get a rubber hose and measure 140mm and put it on the syringe.Mark a reference point on the hose and go off of that.Really easy.Make sure the fork is level(vertical). On the cheap you can use an old Windex glass cleaner sprayer and reference that at 140mm,when the sprayer doesn't spray then you are at the correct height. The glass cleaner method is a little messy but it works in a pinch.Have fun!!!
