Need some help pricing stuff.

What is fair market value for a used 03 kicker motor minus carb? Ran great but right side cover has small crack and JB weld repair and leaky water pump.

Front and rear wheels with sprocket and rotors in good shape?

Frame with clear title? Subframe?

There was a kicker around here was selling for 1500. forget the year but had to around that.

I prob would not pay more than 1500

Id prob try and go less with the problems unless the bike looks really clean.

Without hearing the engine run or pulling some pieces apart to have a look, or if I didn't have confidence in the seller, 3-$500, it might just be parts.

Tires and rims, good shape, 5-650$

Subframes I've seen sell on ebay for less than 50$ but also they've gone for more than that too.

E frame, 3-500$

S frame, 5-700$

The S frame generally has more value because in every state it will be legal for the road.
