i need more info on this!! how much welding and fabricating involved?

The factory mounts need to be cut out, and new ones fit and welded. There are other mounts, like the expansion chamber stays, head stay, silencer mounts and coil mounts as well. The air boxes from the CR500 and KTM need to be 'rubber welded' together too. Other than that, it is just a matter of bolting on your suspension.

I am planning on doing a run of frames, maybe 5 to 10, if you are interested. The frame required for the swap is an RFS, 450 cc's or more.
