best exaust

what the best slip on and jet size for an 04 preditor?

I bought my 05 Predator with a White Brothers Carbon Pro exhaust and a Rath racing header pipe already installed, so I can't tell you what the jetting is. I haven't had to mess with it. However, your jetting will not just be dependent on the exhaust. Jetting changes will have to take into account your intake (have you modified it with an aftermarket filter or intake kit?). You will also have to take into account your altitude (elevation) and the altitude that the quad will most often be ridden at. Also, have you done any modifications to the engine such as a cam, port work, larger displacement piston, etc. All these variables have to be considered when rejetting the carb.

Hey guys im between a split decision about getting a quad or a dirtbike. So I was just wondering what your opinions are and dont give me 'it depends on who you are' crap. This is a opinion question just tell me what you really feel and why. And if you can tell me the funfactors of your choice and why you choose whatever it was you did.

Well, with Polaris using the KTM engine on the Outlaws could there be any chance they will develop a MX bike? They seem to have a reliable customer base for all there products and already work with/through Victory to make harley style cruisers. This is pure speculation, I have NO evidence but it seems to be a natural next step. It would be great to have a good american motorcycle out there, readily available at 90% of motorsport dealers.:bonk: Any support for such a theory?:bonk:

Can anyone tell me the good and bad about the predator? I found a 2003 troy lee addition for $1500, I haven't seen it yet but the guy said his brother ran it out of oil so he had a shop rebuild the engine about a year ago. He said they replaced just about everything except the crank which seemed like an important component to skip. Anyways, if there is anything I should look out for, let me know!
