how often do you change your clutch fluid ? and what are the signs to change this?

I bleed mine when I have an issue like clutch not releasing or is creeping or if I have a leak and am working on the system. I have the Magura that use oil.

If you have the Magura system its plain old oil, ATF is light & cheap, no need to buy Maguras stuff, not advantage to one over another other than a slight advantage to a "lite" weight and no advantage to changing it.

If you have the Brembo system it uses brake fluid and should be changed annually as it is hydroscopic, meaning it sucks up water, then becomes corrosive

Agreed, it does suck up moisture. As for fluids, change them all out yearly and you'll be trouble free.
