What kind of Chain lube do you use?

I am interested in some good quality chain lube. Any suggestions? Oh yeah, thanks for all the great sprocket information to my last post. This site kicks some ass. For what it's worth I elected to order a 46 tooth rear from ironman sprockets a little pricy, but it looks cool and should be bullet proof. I like the one (1) year warranty ?

Nothing but wd40 before and after washing or after a particularly wet ride.

Cyclo chain and cable lube. ?

I used to use PJ-1 Chain Lube, but it stuck way too much dirt and sand to the chain and sprockets. I now use Maxima Chain wax. I've only used it for two or three rides, but it appears to lube the chain well without the adhering dirt and sand. I use a spray-on engine degreaser and a stiff brisel brush to clean my chain followed by a strong stream of water. The "newer" foaming engine degreasers are working well without alot of worries about getting the oily formula on the brake pads and rotor. WD40 would do the same but its much more expensive. I would never use WD40 as a primary chain lube, it dries out too rapid and is closer to a solvent, than a lube. WD40 is very good for drying out a wet chain, but in my opinion, its a crappy long-lasting lubricant. As others are fond of saying "just my two cents worth."
