dr350 auto decompression

ive got a 1996 dr350 with a auto decompression cam every time i turn the engine over by hand i hear a click. it is just after the intake valves close. it opens the exhaust valves about .004" and makes a click just befor "tdc" im just wondering if its normal because its a pretty loud click it drives me crazy.of course i wouldnt be in this situation if my counter balancer shaft hadnt let go:foul: .forcing me to send it to jesse.

Totally normal
