I recently bought a '98 yz250. I'm looking for some help in setting up the fork and shock for my riding style and weight. I ride motocross in sand or mostly loose stuff. I would say I'm novice in experience and weigh 200 lbs. I'm planning to rebuild the forks and shock this winter. I'm confused when the fork springs and shock spring come in so many different sizes/weights! Some help would be appreciated. Thank you!
