Swap YZ to WR bottom end???

I have an 01 YZ250F and I have access to an 01 WR250F bottom end with tranny. Will the YZF top fit? I want the WR mostly for the tranny and lighting ability. I think it would make a great off road ride with the YZF snap and an HID light (with a battery ofcourse)

Top end of both bikes is the same except for the cams, just swap them

Do you know across what year range? Like would this 01 WR250 bottom end fit in say an 06 YZ250F or an 07?

i have an 04 wr bottom end i am looking to get rid of.it comes with everthing you need to run the motor.your top end will bolt right on it. if you want it pm me

yes it will i have a 04 wr in an 07 yz250f. it bolted right in
